WHITE TEA WITH CHAMOMILE (Matricaria chamomilla): Chamomile is a premium quality herb which has been used since ancient times by the Romans, Egyptians, and Greeks for its calming, carminative and spasmolytic properties. Hence, it is often dubbed as the "Bedtime Tea" because its empowering floral fragrance itself will leave you relaxed and in want for a pillow. It is also useful in conditions of insomnia, menstrual camps and hypertension.

INGREDIENTS: White tea and Chamomile flowers

~BREWING DIRECTIONS~

1. Bring 200-250ml water to boil (85*C-90*C)
2. Put 2g of tea in a cup
3. Cover and brew for 3-5 min

NOTE: 2g of tea can be rebrewed upto 3 times

Tips for rebrewing tea: With every rebrewing, add 1-2 minutes to the original brewing time.
