Sticky Rice

  1. Take the required amount of rice and rinse it.
  2. Add the rinsed rice in the boiling water.
  3. Allow it to boil for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Then completely strain out the water.
  5. Broil the rice for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Add ghee/oil as one prefers.
    *Best taste with Perilla (seed) oil.


    Sticky rice biscuit
    1. Take the required amount of sticky rice and soak it for 1-2 hours.
    2.Strain out the water and let it dry.
    3.Grind it into fine powder.
    4.May add flour/salt/sugar as one prefers.
    5.Dough the flour thoroughly.
    6.Take small portions of the dough and smoothen it between your palms not too thick or thin.
    7.Heat the oil and let it fry till light brown.
