COOKING DIRECTIONS
IN A PRESSURE COOKER : - Add one cup of sticky foxtail millet to 3 cups of normal rice ( quantity of millet can also vary as one prefers).
- Rinse the mixed rice thoroughly
- Now cook it as how you would normally cook regular rice in the pressure cooker
INDIGENOUS STYLES :
- Add the amount of sticky foxtail millet to the regular sticky rice (Quantity of millet can also vary as one prefers).
- Rinse it thoroughly
- Add the mixture to the boiling water and let's it cook for 5-10 minutes
- Stain out the excess water
- With the lids closed , cook the millet in a low flame for 20-30 minutes
