ABOUT THE BOOK
Our life is like a salad chutney. The salad chutney has variant ingredients: the chili, tomato, cabbage, onion, peas, coriander, carrot, lemon, salt, and many more. Consequently, because of the variant mixtures, we get the feeling of a mixed taste. Likewise, our lives are also full of mixed tastes. Sometimes our lives are filled with brokenness, sometimes it is filled with sweet joy, and yet sometimes we all come across some humorous or sad situations. The memories of our past and the daily life encounters make our lives to be filled with variant ingredients like the salad chutney. This book is really a mixture of diverse incidents and stories based on true-life experiences, which is why it is called "Salad Life: Stories from the hills." However, some of the real names of the characters in this book have been withheld though the events may be true.
