Naga recipe for making Smoked Pork with Axone
Ingredients Needed:
1) Smoked pork
2) Axone
3) Tomatoes
4) Red chilli powder
5) Garlic
Process:
> Wash the smoked meat a couple of times in warm water and scrap of the burn residue.
> In a utensil add the smoked meat, tomato and the axone
> Pour about 600ml of water and cook it on high flame until the tomatoes softens up
> Remove the tomatoes, mash it and put it back in the dish again
> Add salt and cook for another 10-15 minutes or depending on how thick you want the gravy to be.
> Garnish with garlic or any other natural herbs
