WHITE TEA WITH MORINGA (Moringa Oleifera): Commonly known as ''Miracle tree", Moringa is considered a superfood because it contains more than 47 antioxidants, 36 anti-inflammatory compounds, 25 minerals and vitamins. It also contains more calcium, potassium and iron milk, banana and spinach respectively; it protects the liver, fights cancerous cells, controls diabetes, natural energy booster, and many more.

INGREDIENTS: White tea with Moringa leaves.

~BREWING DIRECTIONS~

1. Bring 200-250ml water to boil (85*C-90*C)
2. Put 2g of tea in a cup
3. Cover and brew for 3-5 min

NOTE: 2g of tea can be rebrewed upto 3 times

Tips for rebrewing tea: With every rebrewing, add 1-2 minutes to the original brewing time.
