Mr. Kikamanen Jamir is an indigenous Ao-Naga from Nagaland, India. Unfortunately, his father and mother divorced when he was still in high school. Although he had two eldest sisters, he being the eldest son among his siblings- three daughters and three sons, had to shoulder the family's responsibilities along with his mother at a very tender age, which was a challenging task. However, from his early days, his desire was to serve and help people who were in need for which he sought God's grace.

One night when he was in college, he fervently prayed to God with tears, he asked God to show him the purpose for which he was born and what God wanted him to do. At that instant, a few quotes came to his mind and that is when he started writing quotes and which he still continues to this day.

He has written many meaningful and inspirational quotes, some of which are in this Pocket Quotebook Volume I. He wishes to publish more of them in the days ahead and he hopes and pray that the readers will also be blessed through the quotes as God did to him.
